At Gyaan Abhiyaan, we provide digital educational content, including interactive mock tests and downloadable study materials.

1. Digital Content Delivery

Since our products are digital in nature and provided immediately upon purchase (or account activation), we operate under a strict No Refund policy.

2. No Refunds

  • Once you gain access to a Premium Mock Test or download a PDF study material, the service is considered “consumed.”
  • We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or if you find the material too difficult/easy.
  • We provide free samples (Daily Current Affairs and Mini Mock Tests) so you can evaluate the quality of our content before purchasing premium versions.

3. Technical Issues

If you encounter a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the content you purchased:

  • Please contact us at support@gyaanabhiyan.in within 48 hours of purchase.
  • We will work to resolve the issue or provide alternative access to the purchased material.
  • If we are unable to provide the service due to a permanent technical failure on our end, a refund may be issued at our soul discretion.

4. Cancellations

For subscription-based services (if any), you may cancel your renewal at any time through your dashboard. No pro-rated refunds are provided for the remaining period of an active subscription.
